Food takes center stage at this one-of-a-kind 18-seat theatre that is at the core of the dining area in Elements. Entertainment is the order of the day as our Chef de Cuisine prepares a mouth-watering 6 course tasting menu that changes daily. See all the action unfold, interact with the Chefs and experience a totally new kind of culinary adventure. Learn about where our produce comes from, recipes and cooking techniques all while watching a live demo of each course being prepared before your eyes.  For an added element, our Director of Wine would be delighted to pair each course of the tasting menu with a delicious, perfectly matched wine if you choose.  Each wine will be introduced and explained to enhance your taste buds and elevate your gastronomic experience even further!

Cost is $100 for dinner and an additional $60 for wine pairings. Taxes and gratuities apply.
