Welcome to Elements, Taboo’s fine dining restaurant located right in the hotel.  This elegant 100 seat dining room is decorated in soothing tones, contemporary furnishings and features modern art and sculptures.  It boasts a fantastic view of beautiful Lake Muskoka making for a perfect romantic dinner or an upscale meal with friends.   Enjoy sumptuous dishes prepared daily by our Executive Chef, Andrew Dymond, and his culinary team.  New this year, Chef Andy has worked alongside Chef Doug McNish to introduce new vegan menu options to all of our menus which can be viewed below. 

Our in house Wine Director is also available most nights to help complete your dining experience by selecting the perfect wine pairings for your meals from our custom crafted wine cabinets that line the dining area.

For larger groups of up to about 20, Elements also features a private dining room at the back of the restaurant.

Elements is open daily 7am – 11am for breakfast (closed July and August as breakfast is served in the Boathouse), 12pm - 3pm for lunch (closed July and August as lunch is served in the Boathouse) and 5:30pm – 9:30pm for dinner.

Our dress code for dinner service is evening resort attire in Elements (no flip flops, tank tops, baseball caps, ripped jeans, or casual shorts).
