ADMINISTRATION

FRONT OFFICE / GUEST SERVICES

Front Office Supervisor

A minimum of 2 years experience is required. The ideal candidate will have outstanding guest service and communication skills. This leadership position involves the training and day to day supervision of our guest service agents. Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask are vital to the position. This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Night Auditor

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience and excellent guest service skills. The position requires the ability to balance the daily receipts, complete daily reports and handle guest service inquiries.

Bellman Supervisor

A minimum of 2 years experience is required. The ideal candidate will be a high energy individual with excellent guest service and organizational skills. The position requires training and day to day supervision of the bell staff. The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Bellman

The bellman position is a high profile position that requires outstanding communicational and guest service skills. The ideal candidate has a high energy level who is able to handle heavy lifting. Excellent personal, presentational skills and driver’s license are mandatory.

Guest Service Agent

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year luxury hotel experience who has excellent communicational, computer and problem solving skills. The position requires a multi-tasker who is committed to outstanding guest service. This high profile position requires excellent personal and presentational skills.

Switchboard Operator

The position requires a multi-tasker who has excellent phone and computer skills. A dedicated guest service professional who has outstanding communicational skills and a sense of urgency is required.

Reservations Agent

The reservations agent position requires a meticulous, guest service oriented team player with excellent phone and computer skills. A sales background with an excellent understanding of product knowledge is required.

CONFERENCING AND BANQUETS

BANQUET SERVER

Banquet Server - the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years banqueting/serving experience and Smart Service certification. We are searching for a professional team player who has an attention to detail, high energy level and demonstrates a sense of urgency.

Bartender

A minimum of one year bartending experience and Smartserve certification is required. Outstanding guest service skills and a sense of urgency are mandatory. The ideal candidate must have an attention to detail, a sense of urgency and excellent personal and presentational skills.

Conference Attendant

The position requires an attention to detail and sense of urgency. It is a physically demanding position that is involved in setting up and cleaning all meeting rooms, banquet rooms, hospitality suites, working breakfasts, lunches and dinners and all food and beverage special requests.

Conference Supervisor

This is a working supervisor position that requires a leader with excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail and sense of urgency. Communicational skills are required with team members, clients and management.  The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate a guest request and deliver seamless service. A minimum of  2 years supervisory experience is required.

Banquet Captain

A minimum of 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience is required. The responsibilities include planning, organizing and implementing banquet functions including weddings, corporate meals, meetings and hospitality. The position requires a meticulous self starter who has strong communicational and leadership skills.

Conference Coordinator

We are searching for an industry professional with a minimum of 2 years conference planning experience. Product knowledge, communicational and organizational skills are critical to the success of the position. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills who can multi task while controlling costs and generating revenue.

HOUSEKEEPING

Houseman

The housman position is responsible for assisting the room attendant with their daily activities including vacuuming, dusting, linens, emptying garbage, stocking shelves and storage of all housekeeping supplies and room amenities.

Room Attendant

The position is responsible for meeting and exceeding the cleanliness standards of the assigned guest rooms, common areas and meeting spaces. This is a physically demanding position that includes vacuuming, bathrooms, dusting and making beds.

Laundry Attendant

This physically demanding position requires a sense of urgency and an attention to detail. It involves washing drying, ironing and storing all resort laundry.

Uniform Seamstress

A minimum of 2 years sewing experience is required. The position stores and organizes all hotel uniforms and makes all necessary alterations. The position is responsible for organizing our uniform storage room and provides excellent service to our team members.

ENGINEERING

SANITATION/POOL ATTENDANT

This position involves varied responsibilities, such as the collection and removal of all garbage & recycling waste on property (may require heavy lifting) and the cleaning and maintenance of all pool facilities. MUST be able to work until early November and possess a valid driver's license.

KITCHEN

SOUS CHEF

We are searching for an industry professional with a minimum of 2 years culinary experience who is a hands on leader able to achieve our quality standards. (full time, seasonal)

Chef de Partie

This position requires a minimum of 3 years culinary experience and apprenticeship or community college training. The Chef de Partie accepts a leadership role on the culinary brigade and supports our Sous Chef in all food related production.

PASTRY CHEF

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years pastry experience in a luxury resort/hotel with excellent communication and organizational skills to lead our pastry brigade. (full time, permanent)

Cook

This position requires a minimum of one year culinary experience or apprenticeship or community college training and includes preparing all food items to our standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Our cook position reports directly to our designated sous chef.

STEWARD / DISHWASHER

The position of a dishwasher involves varied responsibilities, such as cleaning of the kitchen, dishes, pots, glassware and maintaining the cleanliness of fridges, freezers and the storeroom.

Pastry Chef de Partie

This position assists the Pastry Chef in all duties involved in all pastry production throughout the resort. A minimum of 2 years pastry experience is required. Organizational skills are critical to the success of the position. We require a meticulous industry professional who is committed to outstanding food production.

Pastry Cook

The position requires a minimum of one year pastry experience. The ideal candidate must be committed to outstanding product quality. An attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency is mandatory.

Culinary Theatre Chef

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years culinary experience with luxury hotel properties. The position requires a talented professional with excellent communicational and organization skills. Personal presentational skills are mandatory for this high profile culinary position.

Apprentice Cook

This position requires one or two years of culinary college training. The ideal candidate must be willing to take direction, have an attention to detail and sense of urgency.

FOOD and BEVERAGE

Director of Food and Beverage

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Food and Beverage at a luxury resort hotel property and a university/college degree in hospitality. The position requires passionate leadership and exceptional communicational skills that produce outstanding guest service levels. We are searching for a candidate with strong organizational and supervisory skills who is an energetic, creative problem solver.

Restaurant Manager

A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is required. The ideal candidate will have luxury food and beverage experience in order to train, motivate and supervise our food and beverage servers. High energy, attention to detail and enthusiasm are critical success factors. A knowledgeable team leader is required to ensure our guest service standards are met. The position reports to our Director of Food and Beverage.

HOSTESS

The Host/Hostess greets the Guests cordially and courteously; escorts them to the table and seats them while displaying a genuine welcome and interest in their dining experience. Provides efficient and attentive service to ensure the Guests satisfaction.

Food and Beverage Server

A minimum of one year experience is required preferably in a resort hotel environment or fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be guest service driven with an attention to detail and strong communication skills. Must be able to maintain professionalism in a busy workplace.

Sommelier

We are searching for a sommelier with a minimum of 5 years luxury experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive wine knowledge of new and old world, excellent guest service and communicational skills. A successful sales track record is an asset. The position requires a self starter who can manage our entire wine program from purchasing, inventories, pricing and marketing.

Wine Steward

The position reports to the sommelier and assists in all duties regarding our wine program. We are searching for an industry professional who can provide outstanding guest service to enhance our guests’ overall food and beverage experience.

RECREATION

Recreation Attendant

A minimum of 2 years recreation experience is required and/or a college/university recreation graduate. The successful candidate will provide outstanding guest service to our leisure and corporate guests. The position requires an energetic, passionate leader who can deliver great service.

GOLF / GREENS

CLUB HOUSE / BEVERAGE CART ATTENDANT

The ideal candidate will have outstanding guest service skills, strong communicational and organizational skills with 2 years experience golf course food and beverage experience and smart serve training.

RESORT LANDSCAPING

This full time, seasonal position requires an energetic team player who has an attention to detail and a minimum of 2 years landscaping experience.

This position is physically demanding and requires established deadlines to be met.

The Sands Golf Course Asst. Superintendent
We are searching of an industry leader with a minimum of 5 years golf course superintendent experience to lead our team of greens keepers. An attention to detail and outstanding communicational skills are required. The ideal candidate will be a college/university graduate in horticultural sciences/turf management.

Golf Course Green Labourer

This physically demanding position requires extensive golf course knowledge and involves the operation of all golf course equipment involved in turf care, mowing, bunkers, drainage, irrigation, tree removal. The position reports to our Asst. Superintendent and Head Superintendent.

GOLF PRO SHOP

Pro Shop Attendant

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years golf pro shop/merchandising experience. This high profile position must provide outstanding, attentive guest service to all golf guests. A background in fashion merchandising and golf equipment is an asset.

Golf Course Back Shop Attendant

This physically demanding position requires a very high energy guest service professional who is committed to providing an excellent experience to all golf guests. The ideal candidate will be enrolled/graduated in a Professional Golf Management program. This is a very high profile position that requires excellent personal presentation skills.

Clubhouse Food and Beverage Manager

A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience as a Clubhouse Food and Beverage Manager at high end, luxury golf course is required to train, motivate and supervise our golf servers. High energy, attention to detail and enthusiasm are critical success factors.

SPA

Spa Attendant

The position is responsible for meeting and exceeding the cleanliness standards of the assigned spa suites, spa common area and spa change rooms. This is a physically demanding position that includes vacuuming, bathrooms, dusting, towels and linens.

Spa Guest Service Agent

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year luxury spa experience who has excellent communicational, computer and problem solving skills. The position requires a multi-tasker who is committed to outstanding guest service. This high profile position requires excellent personal and presentational skills.

Spa Esthetician

A minimum of 2 years experience is required for this position. The ideal candidate will be esthetics graduate from a college/vocational school with exceptional guest service skills. Facials, manicures, pedicures and relaxation message are some of the treatments provided.

Registered Massage Therapist

We are searching for an industry professional with a minimum of 2 years of message therapy experience. The position requires an R.M.T. who provides excellent guest service and communicational skills.

SECURITY

Security Guard

We are searching for a certified security guard to join our team of professional team to ensure the safety and security of our guests, team members and resort property. The position requires an attentive individual who demonstrates a sense of urgency and mature judgment.

ACCOUNTING

Shipping and Receiving Attendant

This physically demanding position requires extensive lifting and a driver’s license. The position requires a team player who has a sense of urgency and strong organizational and communicational skills. Reports of our Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.

Accounting Clerk

The position requires a minimum of 2 years accounting experience and ideally a college/university accounting program. The ideal candidate must be a meticulous, self starter with excellent computer skills including spreadsheets.

Accounting Cashier

We are searching for an experienced cashier who is used to a heavy workload. Attention to detail and organizational skills are mandatory
